Users of Kekkei Genkai: Ameratsu Hikami

Drawbacks of Kekkei Genkai: They can’t use any Ninjutsu if born with this Kekki Genkai, only Genjutsu, usually they have to rely on enhanced weapons because they aren’t very strong either. If the user doesn’t concentrate with their mind reading they can become insane or go crazy because of everyone else’s thoughts in their head.
